Riley, the AI receptionistCaller

About this recording. It is a real call between our receptionist and a test caller. The caller is another AI reading from a script we wrote, and Riley was never given that script. The business (Bluebonnet Mobile Grooming), the caller and the address are made up. The open times come from a sample schedule. Everything else, the voice, the answers and the booking, is the actual system. The audio is not edited beyond levelling the volume and cutting it into the chapters below.

RileyGoldendoodle named Bella Nice. For a full groom on a dog her size, it starts at ninety five bucks.
CallerYeah.
Rileythe groomer will confirm the final price with the van. Just depends on on her coat and all that. Um, does Bella shed a lot or have a pretty thick coat? If so, there's a deshedding add on we can do for twenty more. What do you think?
CallerShe's got a pretty thick coat, but she doesn't really shed much. I think just the regular groom is fine.

Asks what the groomer should know

0:56 to 1:19

Tells the truth about being an AI
